Words Don't Teach Vlog 5/27/25

Hi friends, Deb Mertens here from loveequalslove.org and today I want to talk about words don't teach. And what I mean by that is I could sit here and talk to you till I'm blue in the face and tell you things over and over and over and over and until you've experienced it, it won't be real to you. You won't understand it. So that's why I'm saying words don't teach. I can tell you things that are going to happen, but you have to do it yourself. Once you do it yourself and you see the results then you say oh yeah.

It's just like your mom telling you over and over again don't do that because this is going to happen and then one day because let's say you're a teenager and you know everything of course. Teenagers know everything. But once they experience what the mother told them they go oh I see now. So that's what I'm trying to get across to you that words don't teach but getting the idea to you is planting a seed and showing you this is what could happen or this will happen or maybe you should do this instead of that and then you know it happens, and you go oh okay now I see.

Another thing, let's get back to the teenagers, that you could tell your kids over and over again something and then some other mother will tell them the same exact thing and they'll come back to you and say mom guess what so and so said and you were looking at them like yeah I've told you that a hundred times but you didn't hear me. You have to experience it yourself. You have to hear it from somebody else, or you know so let me explain again words don't teach.

You need to experience life so get out their experience life and have fun and always always live your joy live your purpose always experience life and that's my message today.
