Law of Attraction Vlog 9/14/25

Hi friends,


Deb Mertan here from loveequalslove.org where I write many blogs on inspiration, self-love, and how to live an authentic life. And today I want to talk about law of attraction. Law of attraction is a phrase that's been thrown around a lot, but I don't know if everybody understands it. What I'd like to do is tell you how I feel about it. And law of attraction to me means what goes out comes back. Where focus goes, energy flows. And that means that what you're thinking, what you're feeling, what you're saying is all coming back to you. Whether it's good or bad. And you can't stop a lot of attraction. You can't use it. It's just there. It's always there. So what you need to do if you want to live a better life is start talking more about things you want. Leave what you don't want out of the equation. Talk about things that you like. Make lists of things that make you happy so that when you do get in those down moods, you can start thinking about those things. Like I like to think about my grandson. He is just the best. And every time I think about him, I get a smile on my face because he's so darn cute. He's about 18 months now and he is just so smart and so cute and every time I think of him I get a smile on my face because I can't help it. So those kind of things are what you want to focus on when you get in a down mood or you feel like you're angry or things aren't going your way. Just start Focusing on things that really, truly make you happy. And the law of attraction will bring you more of it. Every time you think of something happy, more things like it will come. And I'm not just saying this just because I've never done it, because I do it all the time. I always try to focus when I'm feeling bad or I'm feeling anxious or just not in a good mood. I feel like it's important for me to start turning it around right away. That way things start really perking up and making me feel better. And that's what you want to do. You want to really think about what you think about. And that is very important. So from this day on, start Thinking about what you want think about what makes you happy think about all the fun things that you want to do in life And it's never too late. You're not too old you can do anything you want and Law of Attraction will help that come but it'll also make things worse, if you start thinking negative thoughts, if you start feeling bad all the time, if you're always grouchy, that's what you're going to find. Those are the people that are coming to you, the grouchy ones, the miserable ones. So when you start seeing that, you got to stop, turn yourself around, and start thinking better thoughts. So that's my message for today and I will have more for you later. So right now I'm going to go and remember there's great love for you here and there always will be. So bye for now.
