Easy, low carb, and delicious Turkey Taco Salad
Recipe:
2.5 pounds of lean ground turkey or beef
A tablespoon of olive oil
Lettuce, spring mix, romaine what ever greens you desire.
Toppings: what ever you like. This recipe has, avocado, cherry tomatoes,cucumber, red bell pepper, olives and cheddar cheese with sour cream.
Optional:
Herdez Guacamole Salsa
Italian Dressing
Cook the meat in a skillet over medium heat. Use a spatula to break up into small ground up pieces while cooking.
When browned, then add two packages of taco seasoning and 1/4 – 1/2 cup of water stir then simmer uncovered for about t 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Prepare salad bowls and toppings while cooking.
Create a bed of lettuces add taco meat in center then add your toppings!
Voila! A delicious easy salad.
